Just an FYI, avoid injecting negative racial stereotypes in your post and you will attract better prospects.  A black male who doesn't fall within the categories of hating his race or being prison bound might be a turn off by those those descriptions.  You don't want a prospective candidate to assume that your experience those far as been due to poor choice or poor judge of character right?  Simply ask for what you want.  Keep it positive and something positive will more likely come your way.
