Blog description:NYCREALTOR's blogs will more then likely consist of relationship thoughts and questions we don't hear often. The things we think about but sometimes have a hard time verbalizing, expressing, or just speaking for others to hear. I think far too often we are worried about what's politically correct instead of just speaking our mind.

Before you throw a hissy fit chillax. I'm not advocating controlling any woman (unless that's her thing). I've hears this argument come up in conversations for many years, comedians have had a go at it for decades, it's been portrayed in movies, and I've heard it from sista's since I can remember (41 years to be exact). Do brotha's get away with more game on white women than black?
Interesting NY TImes Article. By SAM ROBERTS Published: June 3, 2010
It is a familiar lament of single African-American women: where are the “good” black men to marry?
A new study shows that more and more black men are marrying women of other races. In fact, more than 1 in 5 black men who wed (22 percent) married a nonblack woman in 2008. This compares with about 9 percent of black women, and represents a significant increase for black men — from 15.7 percent in 2000 and 7.9 percent in 1980.
Sociologists said the rate of black men marrying women of other races further reduces the already-shrunken pool of potential partners for black women seeking a black husband.
Relationship? I've tried to be close friends with women of interest before seeking or contemplating a serious relationship and it tends to be harder than it's worth. My experience has taught me usually within the first few meetings I will either see her as a friend, lover (short or long term), run for the hills, etc. Kind of hard to be friends with a woman you fancy as the future mother of your kids :)
How can I say this. Some women are looking to find the man of their dreams, exchange emails, chat, talk on the phone, meet, date, get married, have children and start their lives. Knock knock, all that from a wink. You'd be shocked to find that a man can just see an interesting profile and would like to just grab a cup of coffee and chat. Not leading to anything physical but just great conversation. Yeah, we actually do think of something besides SEX.
Well sort of, just wondering if there is any way we can get the women online to stop lying about age and come clean. If you're a cougar just say it, if you like dating younger men sobeit (I happen to love it) and most of all if you are not clean on this what else could you be possibly be lying about?
